Mechanical designs are realised using the latest 3D CAD and CAM systems. Prototyping is of paramount importance.
During this stage electrical performance is verified using vector and scalar analysers covering 0.1 to 50 GHz.
Mechanical tolerances are checked via three axis CNC based co-ordinate measuring machines and, if required, units can be tested at temperature extremes, thermally shocked or subjected to vibration and shock screening through approved test laboratories.
