Micro Metalsmiths has been manufacturing cast bends for use in space applications since 1990 when the Precision Investment Casting process was first qualified for use in spacecraft applications. Since this qualification over 25,000 parts have been supplied to space waveguide manufacturers worldwide.

If required parts can be supplied X-rayed or dye-penatrant tested along with full chemical and mechanical certification.

All parts have socket detail to suit standard wall waveguide and are supplied in Aluminium with steel shot blast
